Grandma / Grandpa + Me Day
When the old spend time with the young, it can be truly magical, often hilarious, and deeply touching. I absolutely loved dropping my boys off at my Mom and Dad’s house because they had an endless supply of energy, and my Mom always had a carefully planned, full day of activities ready for them. You never really knew which activities would capture their attention and excitement, and which ones would seem less interesting in the moment. Every time I picked them up, I would ask, “Were they good today?” And my Mom would always reply with a warm smile, “They were wonderful, we had such a great time!” I’d look at her, a little puzzled and half in disbelief. Part of me thought she might be sugarcoating the experience to reassure me, but another part of me vividly recalled all those special moments I witnessed between them. It was clear how fascinated they were with each other, and honestly, I could never quite tell who was teaching whom during their time together.
Inspired by these moments, we have created the ‘Grandma and Me’ and ‘Grandpa and Me’ categories. All products are designed to delight either grandparent, thoughtfully curated to celebrate the unique bond and joyful experiences shared between grandchildren and their grandparents.
